Creator Tunes is a platform dedicated to helping content creators and streamers receive song requests directly from their viewers through Spotify integration. This Terms of Service ("Terms") governs your use of the Creator Tunes site and services.
By creating an account or using any part of the Creator Tunes platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may cancel your account at any time in your account settings.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Creator Tunes. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Creator Tunes allows creators to link their Spotify accounts to receive paid song requests from users. All music-related functionality is subject to Spotify's developer API terms.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Tokens purchased are non-refundable, and subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription and view charges in your account settings. Taxes may apply.
We collect only the data necessary to operate Creator Tunes, such as email addresses, Spotify/Stripe access tokens, and song request activity. Your data is never sold and is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Any data, comments, profile images, or song requests you submit may be displayed publicly on creator pages. Creator Tunes does not claim ownership of your submitted content but reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates community guidelines.
All visual, branding, and platform code are the intellectual property of Creator Tunes unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of the site is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms or community standards.
Creator Tunes reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms will always be available at creator-tunes.com/terms-of-service.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in the state of Minnesota.
