Creator Tunes is a community-driven platform focused on enhancing music-based interaction between content creators and their audiences. To ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all, the following guidelines apply to every user and creator using the platform.
Treat all users and creators with dignity and respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. Disagreements can happen — but keep it constructive and kind.
Do not submit song requests, profile content, or messages that include offensive language, adult material, violent imagery, self-harm, or anything that may harm others or violate platform guidelines.
Do not spam creators with multiple requests or use exploits to bypass token systems. Any behavior attempting to game the platform may result in account suspension.
Do not use copyrighted images or music outside of what is enabled through Spotify’s API. Uploaded profile images or playlist thumbnails must be owned by you or licensed for use.
Tokens are a part of the platform economy. Refunds will not be granted for token usage unless required by law. Always verify creators’ terms before submitting requests.
Do not share sensitive personal information in public playlists, creator pages, or song request messages. This includes addresses, phone numbers, emails, or private account info.
If you see content that violates these rules or believe someone is behaving inappropriately, please report it via the “?” icon or creator page feedback tool.
Violations of this Code may result in warnings, content removal, account suspensions, or permanent bans at the discretion of the moderation team. Repeated offenses will not be tolerated.
Verified Creators must moderate their request queue, follow community expectations, and avoid promoting content that violates these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in badge removal or access limitations.
Creator Tunes reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement to the latest version.
This Code of Conduct may be updated at any time. Users are responsible for staying current with these guidelines.
